The project involved the procurement and installation of various materials and equipment to support pipeline replacement and infrastructure upgrades in several strategic areas. The project consists of several main parts, including the supply of structural materials, pipe fittings, Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) refurbishment, and other material additions to support more reliable and efficient operations.

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Supply Structure Material for Pipeline Replacement Project 8” MOL EC EPRO
Procurement and delivery of structural materials required to support the 8” MOL EC EPRO pipeline replacement project.

2. Supply Level Gauge & Drain Pump for Pipeline Replacement Project 8” MOL EC EPRO

Supply of level gauge and drainage pump required for 8” MOL EC EPRO pipeline replacement project to ensure optimal operation.

3. Supply Structure Material & Pipe Fittings for LPRO NGLJ
Supply of structural materials and pipe fittings to support the Low Pressure Recovery Operation (LPRO) project at NGLJ.

4. WHCP Refurbishment & Additional Material - TFC2 Central Area Pipeline Replacement
Refurbishment of Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) and supply of additional materials for pipeline replacement project in TFC2 central area.

5. Additional Material for WHCP - TFC2 Central Area Pipeline Replacement
Provision of additional materials to support the pipeline replacement project in the TFC2 central area to ensure the integrity and reliability of the WHCP system.

PROCUREMENT

Material procurement is carried out by considering technical specifications, supplier reliability, and delivery schedules in accordance with project needs. This process included vendor selection, price negotiation, quality inspection and delivery logistics to the project site.

PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION

Construction work includes land preparation, new pipe installation, welding, pressure testing, and commissioning to ensure the system is running according to specifications.

MECHANICAL & PIPING

  • Pipe installation and connection according to industry standards.
  • Welding and quality inspection.
  • Pressure testing to ensure system reliability.
  • Supply and installation of mechanical components such as fittings, valves, and support structures.

ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION

  • Installation and calibration of level gauge and drain pump.
  • Integration of electrical systems to support pipeline operations.
  • Upgrade of control and monitoring systems for operation optimization.
