The project included several activities related to the supply and installation of equipment for various well pads at oil and gas drilling sites. The main objective of the project was to improve operations with more efficient and safe installations, including better control systems and reduction of corrosion through inhibitors, as well as management of emissions and chemicals on site.

1. Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) for Well Pad C&D:

Scope of Work:

  • Design and fabrication of WHCP for two new well pads (C & D) in accordance with industry standards and operational requirements.
  • Provision of control panels for control and monitoring of well operations, including connections for pressure, flow and other control systems.
  • Installation of instrumentation such as pressure, temperature, flow sensors, and valve actuators.
  • Internal testing of the control panel before delivery to site.
  • Installation of the system at the drilling site, including interconnection with existing systems.

Procurement:
  • Procurement of high-quality materials for the manufacture of WHCP, including the use of SS316 stainless steel material for corrosion resistance.
  • Purchase of control components and instruments that meet operational standards.

Fabrication:
  • Manufacture of WHCP in workshop facilities using SS316 for critical parts, as well as assembly of components according to the required technical specifications.

Internal Test:
  • Internal testing of WHCP to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and in accordance with applicable safety standards.

Site Installation:
  • Installation of WHCP at the Well Pad C&D site, including connection to other systems and instruments in the field.

SAT & Commissioning:
  • Site Acceptance Test (SAT) to verify that the WHCP is functioning properly in the field.
  • Operation and commissioning to ensure the system is ready for proper use under actual operational conditions.

2. Corrosion Inhibitor for Well Pads A, B, C, & D:

Scope of Work:
  • Provision of Corrosion Inhibitor injection system for four well pads (A, B, C, & D) to prevent corrosion of pipes and equipment.
  • Design and installation of corrosion inhibitor injection units integrated with the oil and gas flow system at each well pad.

Procurement:
  • Procurement of corrosion inhibitor chemicals according to technical requirements and operational environment.

Fabrication:
  • Manufacture and assembly of the injection system, including piping and other supporting equipment.

Internal Test:
  • Testing of the injection system to ensure the capacity and effectiveness of the inhibitor in preventing corrosion.

Site Installation:
  • Installation of the injection system at the well pad site, including integration with existing piping systems and equipment.

SAT & Commissioning:
  • Final testing on site to ensure the system is functioning properly and the inhibitor is working effectively.

3. Exhaust Oil Pot:

Scope of Work:
  • Design and procurement of Exhaust Oil Pot for use in used oil treatment and separation system.
  • Manufacture of pots with SS316 material for durability and corrosion resistance, and ease of maintenance.

Procurement:
  • Procurement of high quality stainless steel material for the manufacture of the pot and related components.

Fabrication:
  • Manufacturing of the exhaust oil pot in accordance with the agreed design and standards.

Internal Test:
  • Functional testing to ensure that the exhaust oil pot can work efficiently in oil separation.

Site Installation:
  • Installation of the exhaust oil pot on site in accordance with existing technical and operating requirements.

SAT & Commissioning:
  • On-site testing to ensure that the pot functions properly under field conditions.

4. Provision of Additional Injection Point for Odorant Injection Skid:

Scope of Work:
  • Design and installation of additional injection point for odorant injection system in existing facility.
  • The additional injection point is to improve odorant distribution in the gas stream, which will aid in gas leak detection.

Procurement:
  • Procurement of additional equipment to support the installation of the new injection points, including valves, pipes, and related instruments.

Fabrication:
  • Manufacture and assembly of skids for the additional injectors and integration with the existing system.

Internal Test:
  • Testing of the new system to ensure that the injectors are functioning properly and distributing odorant as required.

Site Installation:
  • Installation of the odorant injection skid and integration with the existing system on site.

SAT & Commissioning:
  • Testing and commissioning to ensure that the odorant injection system functions according to the required specifications.
